Editorial standards

Every guide on Travelsa is written to be used, not skimmed: a real plan a traveller can follow, with regions in plain words and seasons without spin.

We show honest dates. The "Updated" date on a guide changes only when the substance changes — prices re-checked, a place re-visited, a recommendation replaced. Retagging or fixing a typo never bumps it.

One intent, one page. Before a guide is written it must claim the question it answers in our internal registry, with a stated reason to exist and the unique value it adds. Two pages chasing one query help nobody, so the system refuses them.

Affiliate links are disclosed wherever they appear, in our guides and on the booking links inside itineraries, and they never decide what we recommend.
