How we verify

Facts in our guides carry a checked-on date, and many carry an expiry: when the check goes stale, the guide is flagged internally until someone re-verifies it.

Prices, opening patterns and transport claims are checked against primary sources — operators, official sites, and our own curated destination data — and each guide lists its sources.

When we can't verify a claim, we say so or leave it out. A guide with fewer, checked facts beats a longer one built on guesses.
